About This Product

Stretch film is wrapped under tension to prevent palletized cargo from collapsing or shifting, and to protect cargo. Compatible with upper only or body wrapping specifications, and upper clamp method is also available.

■Features

・The pre-stretch mechanism stretches the film 2.0 to 3.0 times before wrapping it. ・In the final packaging process, the film that was clamped is pushed upwards by air and wrapped, preventing the film from sagging. ・A spot heater is used to reliably weld the ends of the film after wrapping. Prevents the film from peeling off and dripping during air conditioning. ・The film is cut without using nichrome wire, and the V-shaped cutter is driven by a cylinder to cut the film reliably and safely. ・For customers who wish to use only the upper part or wrap around the body in order to reduce film costs, we can also manufacture an upper clamp type. Of course, you can also select the conventional full volume or upper and lower volumes. ・Offline specifications are also available using a starting switch stand or remote control switch. ・Available for various customizations by users.

■Pre-stretch system

・This method stretches the stretch film between Roller A and Roller B and wraps it around the object. ・Roller C senses the tension in the film caused by the rotation of the turntable, and by controlling the rotational speed of rollers A and B, the film is stretched uniformly.
