About This Product

■Metal microscope ARM series specifications

The ARM-100 series is available in various series depending on the purpose of use, such as bright field observation, bright and dark field observation, simple polarization observation, and differential interference observation. Since the microscope section is fixed to a column, it is also suitable for observing tall workpieces. Optional objective lenses are also available, allowing for low-magnification observation with a 2.5x objective lens and high-magnification observation with a 100x objective lens. As an option, an XY motorized stage can be installed. Additionally, the pedestal section can be customized for inspection of wafers and liquid crystal substrates. Optional products for bright and dark field observation specifications and differential interference observation specifications have different main bodies.
