About This Product
"Piezo film sheet" is a piezoelectric element made from plastic with a piezoelectric effect.
PVDF
P (VDF-TRFE)
PVDF piezoelectric films are also widely used as "Pressure Sensor" and "Durning Sensor". In particular, "machine → electrical conversion (sensor)" is excellent. In addition, PVDF piezoelectric film has the following characteristics as a polymer (plastic).

･ Flexible, highly processed and deformed
･ Easy to larger area, lighter, and thin film
･ High shock resistance, high voltage, water resistance, high chemical stability
･ Response speed is extremely fast, with wide frequency characteristics
The applications that make use of these features are as follows.
■ Applications
･ Sensor: Vibration sensor, acceleration sensor, distortion gauge, medical sensor
･ Sound: Speech, microphone, electronic instrument pickup, sound insulation (noise) control
･ Security: Invasion monitoring system, traffic monitoring system, parking information
･ Others: Energy Harvest, various switches, ultrasonic equipment
There are various metal film products such as POLED seats, etc., gold/silver/aluminum. (Some products are used for R & D)
POLED only (without electrode) products are available in rolls and "BIAXIAL ORIENTATION".
