About This Product

Rational design is possible because the nominal diameter, steel pipe thickness, effective length, and joint shape can be selected according to the site situation. The joint performance is equal to or better than the JC joint performance of the Japan Sewage Works Association standard JSWAS A-2, and products with short effective lengths can be manufactured, allowing for sharp curve propulsion. The joint has high watertightness and can be selected from 0.6MPa or 1.2MPa. Since a large prestress is introduced into the concrete lining layer, it has a high crack-proofing capacity against external pressure and can be constructed at great depths. It can be used as a rainwater storage pipe to improve the strength of the main body and the water-stopping performance of the joint. It also has high internal pressure strength, so it can be used as an internal pressure pipe. Since it has a large cracking load capacity against external pressure, it can be propelled over long distances including curved sections. The tube body is easy to process and has a high load-bearing capacity, allowing for a large inflow opening. Since various joint shapes can be manufactured, it is possible to connect with a wide variety of pipes, including conventional propulsion pipes.
