About This Product

■Further advanced compact cutting machine

"SRM-20" is a desktop-sized 3D cutting machine that can be easily placed in the office. The mechanical parts, spindle unit, and tool collet have been newly designed, and the software resolution for output control has been increased to approximately 2.5 times that of the previous model (MDX-20). Cutting accuracy is improved and the machined surface is finished more smoothly. It can cut a wide range of materials such as chemical wood and modeling wax, allowing you to make prototypes using materials that are close to the final product. Additionally, end mills with different shapes and sizes of cutting edges can be used as an option, allowing for highly accurate finishing down to the smallest detail.

■Clean and safe design that can be placed in the office

Dust-proof design with full cover structure to prevent scattering of cutting chips and dust generated during processing. In addition, it is equipped with a dust collection tray as standard, so it maintains a safe and clean environment even when placed in the office.

■Efficiency of cutting process with simple operation system

Equipped with "VPanel" that can be easily operated from a computer screen. The origin can be set efficiently by moving the cursor in 4 directions and adjusting the speed. It is also possible to change the spindle rotation speed and processing speed during processing (override function). The number of revolutions and speed can be changed according to the material and processing conditions, reducing processing time and achieving a more accurate finish.

■CAM software “SRP Player” that allows you to freely perform cutting operations

SRP Player is CAM software that converts 3D CAD/CG design data into cutting data. Even if you are new to prototyping, you can easily configure settings step by step, and it also has a preview function to check the finished product and a function to predict machining time, supporting smooth machining.

■Easy to use simple processing software “ClickMILL”

It is a simple processing software that allows you to perform drilling, surfacing, chamfering, pocket processing, etc. without using 3D CAD. It is useful not only for simple processing and post-processing, but also for jig production.
