About This Product

■SummaryThis is a printer that can directly inkjet print onto fabrics using the same dyes used for expensive dyed items such as kimonos. Although it is time-consuming as it requires pre- and post-print processing, it is a high-quality printer that can be used for a variety of apparel products due to its excellent texture, fastness, and color development. Based on Muto Kogyo's printer, we have added unique functions necessary for direct printing. Babyrock's printing service provides fabric printing using this method.

Features
■High quality textile printDirect printing using dyes with excellent color clarity, fabric texture, and color fastness is ideal for textiles used in products in the better price zone and above, where high quality is required.

■Production possible at office levelThe pre- and post-processing of fabrics, which requires large-scale facilities, knowledge, and technology, is provided by Dejina Co., Ltd.'s Niigata factory. Since no equipment other than a printer is required, it is possible to produce a wide variety of original textiles in small lots at the office level.

■Optimized color managementWe provide a comprehensive service that includes printers, dye inks, software, color profiles, fabric pre-treatment (application of glue and auxiliary agents), and post-treatment (steaming and washing), and eliminates color blurring, which is a problem with direct printing using dyes. We will appropriately manage differences in quality and finish.

■Abundant operational experience and supportAt Degina Co., Ltd.'s Niigata factory, 10 printing systems with the same specifications are in operation for made-to-order use (as of September 2015). Based on our extensive operational experience and track record, we can smoothly provide backup services such as troubleshooting after system installation and production support during busy times for our customers.

■Purpose of useGeneral apparel products such as Japanese clothes, clothes, handkerchiefs, scarves, stoles, bags, etc.
