About This Product

■Summary

Monitors in real time minute changes in COppm caused by deep combustion and smoldering of particle lumps attached to the inner walls of the process. The Oppm contained in the blast air and the COppm contained in the exhaust air from the drying process are calibrated under equivalent conditions, and the comparison difference (minimum 0.5 PPM) is converted into an alarm signal. This is an accurate fire sign detection system that is unique in the world.

■System

Install CO sampling probes on the upstream and downstream sides of the dryer, etc. Aspirate with Teflon tubing into the cabinet containing the CO analyzer. There are several types of probes, and probes with filters that can be cleaned are especially used in the exhaust system. The amount of sample air sucked in a free-standing cabinet is cooled, filtered, and metered, and COppm trends due to combustion abnormalities are monitored. The display and operation section is a touch panel type. The external main power source can be both digital and serial, and issues a transfer signal from the pre-alarm level to the shutdown level.

■Main features

・The installation location of the air sampling probe is limited to the upstream duct and downstream duct, making installation easy as there is no need to drill holes in the dryer body. ・CO detection is most reliable in the early stages of organic matter combustion (flameless, smokeless). This enables early detection of smoldering that cannot be detected by heat detection or visual inspection. - The detection value is not the COppm measurement value attached to the high temperature dryer body, but the difference between upstream and downstream, reducing the false alarm rate. - Real-time analysis of combustion events is possible because comparison differences are continuously extracted through synchronization of detection timing and sample equalization. (Also adjust the air volume ratio for multiple air supply and exhaust systems and compare)
