Overview ■What is high frequency induction heating equipment? High-frequency induction heating is a heating method that causes metal to self-heat without contact. IH cooking heaters used for cooking apply this principle. When a metal to be heated is placed inside a coil connected to an AC power source, a high-density eddy current is generated around the metal, generating heat, even though the coil and metal are separated. This process is called induction heating. High-frequency induction heating equipment consists of three elements: a high-frequency power supply, a matching section, and a heating coil. ■High frequency power supply This is a device for outputting high frequency power. Specifically, it is a device that generates a ~50kHz square wave AC voltage according to the resonance state of the load. ■Consolidation section It consists of a resonant capacitor and a matching transformer. The resonant frequency is determined by the combination of the resonant capacitor, matching transformer, and heating coil. ■Heating coil The metal to be heated is placed inside this coil. The magnetic flux generated by the coil is passed through the metal, creating an eddy current (induced current). This allows the metal to be heated. Product features ■Space saving This is a compact high-frequency oscillator with an optimized equipment layout, including small IGBTs and laminated copper bars. Contributes to space saving of the entire equipment. ■Low price In-house design and in-house production greatly reduces manufacturing costs. ■Energy saving Our unique resonance control automatically corrects the frequency according to load fluctuations. Highly efficient power transmission reduces power consumption. ■High versatility It has a built-in PLC function, and various parameters can be easily changed by simply connecting it to a computer. ■Equipped with data logging function For traceability, various data can be logged and output to the touch panel.
