About This Product

■Dulimai Tech's precision lock nuts

This is a precision lock nut that can be used not only as a general nut, but also in places with strict accuracy requirements, such as fastening bearings in high-precision machine tool spindles and feed screws. Our company has been compliant with the highly demanding green procurement standards such as RoHS Directive and JIG24 since the beginning, so you can use our products with confidence. In order to maintain high accuracy, we carefully manufacture each piece one by one, checking the accuracy of each item as appropriate. ■Applications

・Since it is fastened with 6 set screws from a diagonal surface at 60° to the shaft, centering adjustment can be performed smoothly. ・When used correctly, the loosening prevention effect of the set screw increases and stable locking force can be obtained. ・In order to meet the requirements for high precision even during high-speed rotation, the thread surface, end face, back surface, and outer surface are all precisely polished to double the precision. ・This is a high-precision nut with controlled perpendicularity, especially by simultaneously polishing the thread surface and end surface.
