About This Product

■Features of Durimitec's couplings

・Dulimaitec's couplings are used to connect the driven and driving shafts and transmit power. ・You can choose from a variety of shaft fixing methods for Durimaitec's couplings. Durimaitec's coupling material is made of corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and highly rigid aluminum alloy (duralumin), making it possible to construct a rotating system that is lighter and has lower inertia. *DRB, DRBS, DOH, DOHS, DJC, DJCS, DRG, DRGL, etc. However, excluding DRN, DRJ, DRP - Regarding the method of fixing to the shaft: We offer a set screw type and two types of clamp types, so you can choose the most suitable type. Depending on the model, we also offer different types for the input and output shafts, and types that allow you to select and combine different shaft diameters.

■Features

This coupling is most suitable for high-speed operation due to its strong aluminum alloy and hub outer diameter that is linked to the shaft diameter. There are three types available depending on the combination of coupling inner diameters, and you can choose the most suitable type. When fastening to the shaft, reliable fastening is possible, and assembly and installation time can be drastically shortened. A special jig is used to align the centers, ensuring a very high level of concentricity. We offer a wide range of options including overall length specification and keyway machining.
