About This Product

The Series 30 is a highly efficient light source intended for a variety of applications. This UV light source is equipped with a variety of lamps, allowing you to select a variety of appropriate beam sizes.

■UV light source

A UV light source is a light source/lamp that emits specific ultraviolet wavelengths. It is used in many applications such as semiconductors, solar cells, bio/medical, and UV curing. OAI's collimated light sources and UV exposure equipment are compatible with near UV to deep UV. As a leading manufacturer of standalone UV light sources, OAI has experience in optical technology, including the highest quality mirrors, lens coatings, uniformity, and superior design. As a result, each UV light source is certified to the most demanding specifications. Additionally, OAI's UV light source can be incorporated into OAI's mask aligners as a module, contributing to cost reductions if mask aligners are needed in the future. To measure the uniformity of a UV light source, use an OAI UV light meter.
