Toshin's vane pumps, which have continued to pursue this value, have achieved the world's highest level of quietness and completely leak-free using a magnetic coupling method (sealless).

A type of rotary displacement pump, also called an eccentric pump. By rotating the rotor in an eccentric ring (cam ring), the volume inside the pump changes and fluid is transported using the force of centrifugal force. At this time, vanes inside the pump scrape out the fluid inside the cam ring.

Compared to other positive displacement pumps, they are characterized by low discharge pulsation and low noise, and also have a long life with less wear and tear.

■Small, light and efficientPrecision processing technology that uses advanced materials has made it possible to make it smaller and lighter, reducing flow rate changes due to pressure fluctuations. In addition, the self-absorbing ability eliminates the work of priming, saving labor.

■Completely leak-free characteristicCompletely isolates the pump chamber from the motor section. There is no mechanical seal, so there is no leakage. The pump head unit and motor unit are completely independent.

■Excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistanceDepending on the liquid type, the pump body material can be selected from corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SCS13) or low-cost brass (CAC408). Carbon, which has excellent heat and wear resistance, is used for the sliding parts. All wetted parts have high chemical resistance, making it possible to transport all kinds of fluids.

■Common precautions・Test performance using fresh water at room temperature.
・Varies depending on usage environment, handling liquid delivery, and operating conditions.
・It is recommended to install a filter of “100 to 150 mesh equivalent” on the primary side of the pump.
・Since “carbon graphite” is used for standard sliding parts, fine abrasion powder may be discharged due to wear during operation.
・The values ​​in the table are the average performance values ​​at the time of factory shipment. There may be an error of ±10% due to individual differences.
・Maximum discharge pressure varies depending on discharge flow rate.
・Noise measurement conditions are in front of the pump, A scale, 1m.
- If a solid object of 0.1mm or more gets into the pump, "pump lock" may occur.
