About This Product
■Summary
・This is a dedicated controller for hot air heaters (small hot air heaters). We have a lineup of two models depending on the required functions.
・In addition to the controller that only controls temperature (AHC-2), we also offer a type that allows digital setting of so-called heat control (flow rate x temperature) (AHC-M2).
・You can use it immediately by connecting the heater and this controller.
■Application examples
・Electronic components: Soldering preheating, fuzz removal, winding heat fusion, soldering, wafer drying, spot reflow, harness heat shrinkage, mounting board rework, rework preheating
・Automotive parts, metal processing: baking and caulking, before vulcanization, painting robots
・Plastic processing: mold deburring, film heat shrinkage, printing drying, baking coloring, gas heating
■Combination small hot air heater, availability for each gas
・Air, oxygen: ◎ Do not contain oil mist, water, etc.
・Nitrogen, argon: ◯ All inert gases can be used. However, the lifespan tends to be shorter than when used in air.
・Hydrogen: △ Will ignite when released into the air at temperatures above 600℃
・Water vapor: △ If water droplets adhere to the heating element, it will cause electrical leakage and disconnection.
・City gas, LPG: × It decomposes thermally and carbon adheres to the heating element.
