A MEMS scanner is a single mirror scanning device manufactured using MEMS (*) technology. There are two types: 1-axis scan type and 2-axis scan type.
There are two types of operation: resonance and non-resonance, and resonance has a large deflection angle. Non-resonance can stop the mirror at any location. The deflection angle can be expressed both as the angle at which the mirror is tilted (mechanical angle) and the angle at which the light is bent (optical angle). The optical angle is twice the mechanical angle.
