■Features

Measures the optical and electrical characteristics of optical MEMS scanners. In addition to wobble and jitter, it is also possible to measure drift due to resonance frequency and disturbance. A new time measurement method is used to measure the maximum swing angle, allowing high-speed measurement of frequency characteristics.
