About This Product

■Product description

Chains for water treatment equipment are available in a wide variety of materials and strengths, depending on the model and conditions of use. We strive to improve and develop our products through years of research and field tests at sewage treatment plants and pumping stations across the country. Distributing the meshing points improves wear resistance and extends life. On the drive shaft, the chain notch and sprocket pin engage, and on the driven shaft, the bottom of the chain and the outer circumferential surface of the sprocket come into contact.

■Sprocket

The sprocket for high notch chains uses a combination of pin type sprockets for driving and sheave type sprockets for driven. The driving sprocket uses a DL (double life) type, which reduces the number of times the wheel pin engages by half compared to conventional models, increasing service life. Additionally, the wheel pin is secured with bolts and nuts, so you can easily replace the wheel pin without removing the chain. The driven wheel uses a simple sheave type without wheel pins to reduce chain wear. For the driven wheel, we recommend a lightweight split type.
