About This Product

■Product description

Chains for water treatment equipment are available in a wide variety of materials and strengths, depending on the model and conditions of use. We strive to improve and develop our products through years of research and field tests at sewage treatment plants and pumping stations across the country.

■Compatible with plastic chains

The sludge scraper chain "SAV15205-R" is a chain developed by taking into account the problems of plastic chains. It is dimensionally compatible with plastic chains and can share sprockets. The main parts of the chain are made of martensitic stainless steel for strength, elongation, and recyclability, reducing the weight of each part, and the rollers are made of resin with self-lubricating properties (wear resistance). These can be used as a chain to help reduce renewal costs when updating equipment.

■Features

・Dimensions are compatible with plastic chains, and sprockets can be shared. ・Strength components are made of stainless steel, so there is little elongation and maintenance is easy. ・The strength is approximately twice that of plastic chains. ・The mass (plain) is the same as a plastic chain, making it lightweight and resource-saving. - Adopts a resin roller that is self-lubricating and has excellent wear resistance.
