This chain has improved corrosion resistance compared to 400 class stainless steel chains. The energy-saving chain is an environmentally friendly chain that applies the features of plastic chains (light weight and corrosion resistance) to stainless steel chains, taking into account the problems of plastic chains such as initial elongation, wear due to sand, and recyclability.
The lighter weight of the chain makes it easier to install machines and maintain equipment, and since the material is austenitic stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used as an energy-saving chain that reduces total costs.
