■Product description

Conveyor chains are a key component of conveyors that are essential for streamlining transportation in all industries, and their performance determines the functionality of conveyors. ZEXUS Chain's conveyor chains are available in small, large, and high-performance lineups to suit a variety of applications (markets). We also design conveyor chains that match the usage environment. As port cargo handling equipment, we have adopted a ``continuous unloader'' chain type bucket elevator that can unload large volumes of coal, iron ore, raw salt, etc. in a short time. We design and manufacture conveyor chains with excellent specifications, especially for those who require high speed, high load, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

■No-lube type (oil shield chain)

By sealing and sealing the gap between the chain pin and bushing, additional lubrication is not required. Effective against pin and bush wear (pitch elongation) caused by use.

■No lubrication

No refueling required. No need to lubricate the chain.

■Environmentally friendly

Due to its structure, there is no lubricating oil splashing from the chain. In addition, since additional lubrication is not required, there is no scattering to the surrounding area during additional lubrication. Since additional lubrication is not required, the amount of lubricating oil used can be saved.

■Improvement of productivity

Eliminating lubrication reduces the number of equipment stoppages, contributing to improved productivity.
