Conveyor chains are a key component of conveyors that are essential for streamlining transportation in all industries, and their performance determines the functionality of conveyors. ZEXUS Chain's conveyor chains are available in small, large, and high-performance lineups to suit a variety of applications (markets). We also design conveyor chains that match the usage environment.
A conveyor chain in which the outer diameter of the rollers is larger than the height of the link plates. We have a variety of attachments available depending on the application, and we can also change specifications such as material and heat treatment, and manufacture special attachments to suit the conveyance conditions.
■Standard attachment
A type, K type, and G type are available as standard attachments for standard conveyor chains.
■R-shaped roller
A basic type of conveyor chain in which the outside diameter of the rollers is larger than the link plate height, and is usually used for horizontal or inclined conveyors.
■F-type roller
A flange is attached to the R-shaped roller, and the flange is used to operate the rail end face as a guide, and is used for horizontal or inclined conveyors.
■S type, M type roller
This type has the outer diameter of the roller smaller than the height of the link plate and is designed to prevent wear on the sprocket and chain pusher. M type rollers have a larger outer diameter than S type rollers.
