About This Product
■Product description
This is the most widely used transmission roller chain, with high dimensional accuracy, excellent wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The standard is JIS standard No. 25-240. Heavy load roller chains are also available for transmitting large amounts of power such as in construction machinery.
Lubricated roller chain is a self-lubricating chain that uses oil-impregnated sintered bushings and is a rational chain that allows mechanical equipment to operate without lubrication. When handling products that do not like lubricating oil, such as packaging machines, printing and binding machines, food processing, transportation and processing equipment, textile machines, etc., when using chains in narrow spaces and having no means of refueling, or when maintenance and inspection are often neglected. Lubesch roller chains demonstrate their excellent performance in a variety of environmental situations.

・Long life possible without lubrication
・Standard sprocket can be used
- Operating temperature is -10℃ to 150℃*
*Oil will easily leak at temperatures above 80℃.
・Also available with attachments
・Double pitch chain can also be manufactured
■Caution
- In a dusty environment, the dust will absorb the oil in the sintered pusher, causing premature wear.
・If used underwater, the wear will be even faster.
- If the oil runs out from the sintered pusher, the chain will suddenly wear out.
- Oil leaks faster when the temperature is over 80℃.
・The sintered push is hardened.
・Sintered pushers are not suitable for use in environments with impact loads.
