About This Product
■Product description
This is the most widely used transmission roller chain, with high dimensional accuracy, excellent wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The standard is JIS standard No. 25-240. Heavy load roller chains are also available for transmitting large amounts of power such as in construction machinery.
We improved the corrosion resistance of the conventional standard roller chain and released it as the CF series in February 2018. Each part of the chain has a newly developed special anti-corrosion coating that provides high rust prevention properties, and also eliminates the need for a surface treatment process that contains hexavalent or trivalent chromium, making it chromium-free.
■Enhanced corrosion resistance
The CF series did not rust even after over 800 hours of *corrosion testing. Suitable for applications such as automated warehouses, multi-storey parking lots, water gates, other outdoor applications, and food manufacturing machines (moist atmosphere).
■ Eliminates the need for surface treatment processes containing hexavalent and trivalent chromium, making it chromium-free.
Chrome-free and environmentally friendly chain
■Special corrosion-resistant coating eliminates the risk of hydrogen embrittlement and reduces chain strength.
Strength is the same as standard roller chain (compared to our company)
■Caution
-Special corrosion-resistant coating may peel off depending on usage conditions.
・Do not use if the chain comes into direct contact with food or is likely to come into contact with food. Also, do not use it if there is a risk that peeled pieces or abrasion particles may be mixed into food.
・In environments where the contamination of flakes and abrasion powder other than food products is a problem, please install an appropriate cover to prevent contamination.
