About This Product

■Product description

This is the most widely used transmission roller chain, with high dimensional accuracy, excellent wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The standard is JIS standard No. 25-240. Heavy load roller chains are also available for transmitting large amounts of power such as in construction machinery. Standard roller chain numbers and dimensions comply with JIS B 1801. In 1987, we were the first in the world to use seamless solid bushes and rollers. By significantly improving initial elongation and wear resistance, and by taking advantage of these characteristics and applying special processing to the pins and link plates, we have succeeded in increasing the maximum allowable tension (fatigue strength) by MAX 32%.

■Features

The bushing of the standard roller chain is seamlessly molded, and by oriented the steel fibers in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder, we have overcome the problem of cracking in the bushing itself. It retains lubricating oil and exhibits excellent wear resistance even under harsh conditions. Furthermore, by applying special processing to the pin and link plates, the maximum allowable load has been increased by 12 to 32% (#40 to #240) compared to conventional products. ・Increase safety factor and achieve long life ・You can now choose one size smaller chain. ・Achieving high cost performance
