■Notes

- Connect correctly according to the color coding of the lead wires. If connected, incorrect wiring or short-circuiting of the load may cause damage to the switch and load-side electrical circuit. Even a momentary short circuit can lead to burnout of the output circuit. Additionally, working while the power is on may cause damage to the switch and load-side electrical circuit. - Separate the switch cord from the power source of other electrical equipment as much as possible. If they are bundled or wired close together, induced currents will adversely affect the switch and load. Output protection circuit

■When connecting and using inductive loads (relays, solenoid valves, etc.)

A surge voltage is generated when the switch is OFF, so be sure to provide a protection circuit on the load side.

■Wiring

Make sure that no load is applied to the switch cord, such as bending or pulling. In particular, no load is applied to the base of the switch cord. Please take measures such as securing the switch cord.

■Detectable cylinder piston speed

- When setting the switch to an intermediate position, please keep the cylinder maximum speed within 300mm/s due to the response speed of load relays, etc. ・Please note that if the piston speed is too fast, the switch will operate, but the time the switch will operate will be short and loads such as relays may not operate.

■Installation location

・Do not use the cylinder or switch in a location where they may be exposed to chips or cutting oil. ・In locations where strong magnetic fields are generated in the surrounding area, provide a magnetic shield with an iron plate, etc. - Do not bring ferromagnetic materials (such as iron) close to the outer circumference of the cylinder body or near the switch. As a guide, keep the distance at least 20mm.
