■Checking cover thickness (reinforcement inspection) quickly and reliably

*Can be used in places where it is difficult to set the scale (tape measure) or places that are hard to reach.

■You can take photos by yourself, making it easy to record them.

*The cover thickness of reinforcing bars is obvious at a glance. Please suggest ways to improve finished product management.

■Usage instructions

- Decide where to measure the cover thickness. ・As a general rule, the fog checker (hereinafter referred to as the product) should be applied to the outermost muscle. ・Orient the product so that the non-slip part on the long side touches the formwork. ・Insert the product from above the formwork so that the oblique side touches the reinforcing bar. - Insert the product until it stops naturally between the formwork and the reinforcing bars. ・Make sure that the formwork and the non-slip on the long side of the product are in contact with each other without any gaps. ・Measure the cover thickness as the value at the end of the reinforcing bar on the formwork side. - Confirm that the product is fixed and manage photos of the measurement locations.
