■On-site operation registration and operation are possible without programming.
You can operate the collaborative robot or make an emergency stop using a tablet at the site. It also supports direct teaching, in which the customer directly moves the collaborative robot by hand and registers its movements, making it possible to operate on-site without specialized technicians. Additionally, the design has been improved to make it easier to replace the robot hand (end effector). We offer tours of actual machines and robot hand exchange experiences at our showrooms in Osaka and Tokyo, as well as at exhibitions around the country, so please feel free to contact us.
■Compatible with various international safety standards
We are certified with ISO 13849, ISO 10218, EN60204, and ISO 12100.
■Class 5 clean room compatible
Compatible with Class 5 clean rooms, it can be used in precision machinery factories, food factories, etc.
■Toward progressive system development
We have SDKs for various languages such as Python and JAVA. It also supports ROS (*), which is standard in smart factory products.
*ROS (Robot Operating System) is software that has a reputation in fields such as autonomous driving, robots, and AGVs, and is used in various devices due to its high development efficiency. ・Torque sensor
A torque sensor can be installed as an option for customers who wish to use it in processes that require torque control, such as screw tightening and polishing.
