Overview

■Supports exhaust temperature up to 200℃, saves energy by recovering waste heat from drying ovens that was previously discarded.

The prices of various things are soaring due to exchange rates and oil prices, but there is nothing we or you can do about these. However, the reality is that we cannot afford to give up and not take measures. Therefore, what I would like you to pay attention to is "waste heat." What do you usually do with the "heat" coming out of the exhaust ducts of drying ovens used for baking painting, etc., and other exhaust ducts? By reusing heat that is otherwise thrown away, it is not only cost-friendly but also environmentally friendly, which also contributes to the SDGs.

■“Low-temperature waste heat recovery heat exchanger” that utilizes waste heat

The recycled aluminum plate type allows heat exchange of low-temperature waste heat below 200℃, achieving energy savings of 50-60%. Energy consumption can be reduced by efficiently recovering low-temperature waste heat, which has been difficult until now, and incorporating it as intake air into the drying furnace, making it possible to use this method in both existing and new equipment.
