■Comparison of current spray technology and air mix
The coating efficiency of a typical air spray gun is said to be 20-30%. The reason for this is that the compressed air, which is essential for air spray guns, disperses the paint into a mist without adhering to the object being coated, and the stronger the air, the more it bounces and becomes rough.
