Overview

■Rainbow effect Holographic high brightness paint for metals and plastics

Starduston is a holographic version of the metallic high-brightness metallic paint Metal Star. Conventionally, hologram glitter, etc., which has a thick cross section has been contained, and because the cross section of the hologram glitter itself is thick, the protrusion of glitter particles from the coating film has been a problem, and it has been necessary to apply a clear topcoat many times or apply a polishing process. There used to be a problem of not being able to create a good appearance, but with Starduston, you can get a smooth coating without pigment protrusions. It is compatible with metal materials and plastic molded products, and the hologram pigment contained in the dedicated primer paint and Starduston is deposited on a slit-shaped film using the PVD method (physical vapor deposition method), and then the film layer is formed. Separate and peel off the vapor deposited layer. This is an ultra-thin film hologram pigment manufactured using a method that involves subsequent crushing and surface treatment, and requires a top coat. (3C3B) (4C3B specifications for Mg material and PP resin) * Metal baked type is also available.
