About This Product
MyTENTA-1/PB (MyTENTA-1/PB) uses AE sensor technology to instantaneously perform workpiece touch and dress touch in ultra-fine machining and ultra-precision machining on grinding machines and machining centers without the need for skilled technology or experience. This is a high-precision touch detection system that can detect and output a signal to the machine tool or transmit it to the operator using vibration or light.
■Easy operation
Sensitivity operation and threshold setting are simple button operations. It focuses on the functions necessary for touch detection and is easy for anyone to use.
■High performance
Touches can be detected at minute depths of cut, and machining points can be detected for ultra-precision machining even without experienced experience or technology. Contact detection position detection accuracy: ±0.1㎛. Contact detection depth of cut: 0.5㎛ or less.
