About This Product
The black light specification manual UV irradiation machine is a tabletop type UV irradiation device that cures UV-curable tape pastes, adhesives, etc.
■Applications
The standard 365nm wavelength lamp is excellent for curing UV curing resin materials, such as peeling off wafer protection films during backgrinding in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process and picking up dies after dicing, and is used in a variety of applications from research and development to production sites. We have been hired.
■Basic operations
Open the top cover, set the workpiece, and perform UV irradiation by operating the switch. Irradiation conditions can be easily input from the touch panel on the front. When the set cumulative irradiation amount (or cumulative time) is reached, the lamp will turn off and a buzzer will sound to notify you.
■High power, low cost
By using a 36W blacklight, it achieves high illuminance (over 10mW/cm2) at a low cost. The uniformity of illuminance has also been improved. (Compared to our conventional model)
■Selectable irradiation pattern
For irradiation settings, the cumulative light amount or irradiation time can be set arbitrarily. Easy settings with touch panel. You can choose from 8 types of recipes.
■N2 purge function
N₂ purge function prevents curing failure due to oxygen inhibition.
■With monitoring function
Monitor illuminance and temperature in real time. An alarm will notify you in the event of an abnormality.
■Excellent maintainability
Since it is an open/close type, it is not only easy to use, but also easy to maintain, such as checking for burnout lamps and replacing lamps.
■Compact design
Although it has a compact table-top design, it can accommodate a wide range of work sizes from 2 to 12 inches. Works with a maximum size of W410mm x D360mm can be placed.
■Multilingual support
The touch panel can be selected from three types: Japanese, English, and Chinese.
■Safe design
ECO specification with no ozone generation due to the use of black light. Comes with a safety feature that automatically turns off the light when the lid is opened during work.
■Irradiation mask (optional)
By using an optional mask, you can prevent UV irradiation from unnecessary areas and irradiate only the wafer/chip area. In addition, the mask can be easily replaced with one touch, making it possible to easily switch to a different size workpiece.
