About This Product

``UNIROAD'' is a two-component epoxy resin binder used for the purpose of fixing hard colored aggregates on asphalt pavement and concrete pavement surfaces in anti-slip road pavement construction methods.

■Features

・Primer is not required for concrete pavement. It will shorten construction time ・Fast curing reduces road closure time ・Suitable for operation with an epoxy car (heating the base agent and hardening agent to 60℃ before mixing and spraying) -Viscosity suitable for roller or brush application ・Elongation rate is good even in winter, and the binder does not crack. ・No aggregate removal due to resin softening due to high temperatures in summer

■Precautions for use

- Stir thoroughly to mix A agent: B agent = 1:1. Improper mixing will cause poor curing. ・Please do not perform construction during rainy weather. - In an environment below 5℃, the viscosity of the resin increases, making it difficult to mix the base resin and curing agent. It is effective to heat the mixture in advance to lower its viscosity and then stir. Also, curing will be extremely slow after installation, so heat with a burner etc. to accelerate curing. ・When applying to new concrete or asphalt pavement, please allow at least 2 weeks of curing period before applying.
