About This Product
Can be used even in damp places. Just mix blue part A and pink part B. It's OK if it turns white. Excellent water resistance. Adhesives that are resistant to hot water can also be used in hot spring facilities and food factories.
■Features
・Just mix Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio. A versatile epoxy adhesive
・Various ceramic tiles, glass mosaics, various stones, iron, wood, most things can be bonded.
・Weight tiles such as Italian tiles can also be pasted.
・In addition to mortar, plywood, and various boards, it can also be attached directly to glass, iron plates, and PC boards.
-You can also paste tiles on top of tiles that have already been pasted.
- Can be used on slightly damp substrates, and is particularly resistant to hot water and can be used inside bathtubs and pools.
・After mixing, it becomes white and no protrusion is noticeable in case of white joints.
・Good chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance
・It's versatile, so it's resistant to banno, acid, and can be applied to damp substrates.
■Groundwork
Make sure the base is smooth and remove any dirt or laitance. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the base to cure. Please securely secure the plywood boards so that the base does not move. Do not use on wet substrates
■Mixture
Take part A and part B in a 1:1 ratio and mix well using a spatula or hand mixer so that the color is uniform. Please separate the spatulas for taking out parts A and B.
■In the case of pasting stones
・200 square stone: After applying it evenly to the base with a trowel, scrape it off using a 5mm comb trowel. Immediately apply the stone by massaging it and hit it with a rubber mallet to match the height and position with the water thread.
・400 square stone: Attach 5 adhesive balls with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 20 mm to the back of the 400 square stone. Tap it from below with a rubber hammer to match the height and position with the water thread. To remove the joint, use a spacer or nail with the width of the joint.
・600 square stone: Apply adhesive vertically to the base in a 50mm wide mountain range. 600 square has 4 lines. Immediately attach the stones and tap them with a rubber mallet to match the height and position with the water strings. Please use metal fittings for heavy stones that are 600 mm square or thicker than 20 mm.
■In the case of pasting tiles
Apply by rubbing into the base with a metal trowel and scrape off with a 3mm or 5mm comb. Immediately crimp each tile one by one, making sure to press them thoroughly. Also, please remove the tiles from time to time to ensure that the adhesive area is at least 60%
