■What is QuickReception?
QuickReception is a completely contactless QR code reception system developed for Microsoft 365 users that can easily complete reception in 5 seconds. All visitors have to do is scan the QR code at the reception desk and click one button to complete the reception process. By adopting a system that is the opposite of the conventional one, the troublesome reception registration and reception terminals are no longer necessary, and the time required for reception work can be cut by approximately 80% and costs by approximately 67%.

■step2: Read the QR code/1 click [Visitor]
Just read the QR code at the reception desk and complete the reception process with just one click. Print the QR code in advance, eliminating the need to search for it at the reception desk. *When registering for the first time, you will be required to enter your email address.
■step3: Notify Teams [Person in charge]
Once the visitor completes registration, a visitor notification will be sent directly to the person in charge's Teams. There will be zero intermediary work by answering the phone.
