About This Product

■Features

- Sturdy and resistant to wear ・Can be detected without being affected by adhesion ・Ideal for detecting the upper limit of powder, granular, or lump storage silos, hoppers, chutes, etc. ・The casing material is made of ductile cast iron and has excellent toughness. ・Protective structure with IP standard IP67 dustproof and waterproof performance

■Usage example

・Clinker silo ・Coal/coke silo ・Gravel/sand silo ・Ore silo ・Cement silo ・Aggregate bottles, etc. This tilt switch detects when the object being measured is tilted more than 15°-25°. Regardless of the tilt direction, if the product is tilted by 15 degrees or more, the built-in contact switch will change from contact closed (NC state) to contact open NO state). The contact switch is built into the tilt switch. The converter is equipped with power indicator and operation indicator lamps. It also has a built-in delay timer from 0 to 10 seconds to prevent malfunctions.

■Installation precautions

Avoid directly hitting the detector with the input object, as the impact may cause false detection or damage. Since it is a tilting detection method, please install it in a location with enough space so that it will not hit the wall even if it is tilted.

■Cable fixing instructions

The lower limit for securing the hanging chain and cable is approximately 1 meter from the tip of the detector. At this time, be sure to bend the cable slightly and do not let the cable become taut. *If the cable is fixed with tension, phenomena such as failure to detect or delay in detection may occur.

■Precautions when connecting

The contact points of the tilt switch used in the tilt switch are rated voltage DC60V and rated current 0.25A. Since it is not possible to connect AC voltage directly to the detector, a converter (AMDC-12C) is required.
