About This Product
■Crushing mechanism of Makino type crusher DW type
・Raw material is introduced evenly into the left and right grinding chambers using a distribution damper from the upper supply port.
・Crushing is caused by the impact caused by the high-speed rotating pieces and fixed pieces in the grinding chamber.
・Crushed and discharged until it becomes smaller than the hole diameter of the screen
■Features of Makino type crusher DW type
・The crushing chamber consists of a rotary plate with crushing pieces (pins) (on the door side) and a fixed plate (on the main body side)
・A screen (perforated plate) is installed around the grinding chamber.
・Crushed particle size is determined by impact speed and screen hole diameter
・The rotation speed (impact force) of the rotating plate can be easily controlled using an inverter.
・Part of the exhaust gas can be circulated within the machine to reduce the size of peripheral equipment.
・Two types of motors: 22kW x 2 and 30kW x 2
・Efficiency increased by 20% by direct connection to the motor (compared to our company)
・Twin type for large volume processing
・Compact with direct connection to motor
