About This Product

The basic structure and principle of Migacron is the same as Tamacuron, but it is a product developed with emphasis on polished ore. It is particularly effective for raw materials with a large amount of adhered mud, and uses powerful rotational friction to polish and remove mud from particle surfaces. In order to make it easier to replace the feed chamber section, which suffers the most wear and tear, we have made it possible to disassemble it into a fixed part (chamber) and a movable part, and it has also been made lighter in weight. By making the height of the chamber part higher than normal Tamacron, the time for sliding and falling becomes longer, so the friction between the surrounding wall and particles is strengthened compared to normal Tamacron, and it is possible to polish and desilt the particle surface. . In the case of Company T, since the sludge on the surface was not sufficiently removed using the classifier alone, the sand surface was treated with Migacron before the classifier was introduced, and the surface of the sand had turned a glossy black color. The fine particle content test value of product sand also decreased by about 1%. In general sand factories, it is used to treat product sand before it is fed into the classifier, and is extremely effective in desilting the sand surface.
