About This Product

INERTSUSTAIN AQ-C18 is an ODS column designed to keep high-polar compounds more strongly compared to general ODS columns while having high inactivity and high durability (Sustain). By introducing the ODS group so that the binding interval is optimal, we have succeeded in retaining the high polar compound under the solution conditions close to 100%water.

■ Features 1 Excellent holding power in high polarity (hydrophilic) compoundsWhen analyzing a high -polar compound with an inverted phase column, the organic solvent concentration of the lolve solution is reduced, but even in conditions close to 100%water, the purpose component may be eluted near T0. On the other hand, in order to strengthen the retention of high -polar compounds, some commercial ODS columns may have introduced polar bases and ionic exchange groups, but depending on the purpose component, the secondary interaction may not have a sharp peak.

The INertSustain AQ-C18 has not only maintains higher polar compounds compared to conventional ODS columns, but also has a good peak shape without adsorbing each component.

■ Catechin analysisEven with an infidal solvent, the INERTSUSTAIN AQ-C18 can hold the polar compound strongly. In analysis of catechins that have many hydroxyl groups, INERTSUSTAIN AQ-C18 has a strong maintenance overall compared to other companies' ODS columns, which feature high holding polarity compounds, and have a good peak without adsorbing each component.

■ Pharmaceutical analysis -Calam that is easy to use even under graded wet conditions-The INertSustain AQ-C18 not only has a high polarity compound but also has sufficient hydrophobic interaction, so under the solution conditions such as this measurement example, the organic solvent concentration of organic solvents when eluted when the measured ingredient is eluted compared to general C18 columns. As a result, ESI-MS and the like may increase ionization efficiency and have a higher peak.
