About This Product
All-in-one controller that combines air press control functions and load management. SD memory card compatible model.
■Features
・Air press control function.
・Up to 10 patterns of upper/lower limit values and set load values can be memorized.
・Save load data and setting values to SD memory card.
- At the end of load measurement, the measurement results and setting values are recorded on the SD memory card as quality data for 100% records, and used for cause analysis and improvement in the event of defective products. Data is generated in CSV format and edited using spreadsheet software such as Excel. It is possible to do.
・By using the set load arrival signal unique to CP-2, it is possible to prevent overload on the workpiece.
・High-speed digital processing of 4000 times per second provides high followability for press-fitting thin materials and high-speed press-fitting.
・Timer setting value can be set from 0 to 9.9 seconds. (Can be changed from 0 to 99 seconds)
