HILIC column with excellent strength and durability

■ Features

･ Inverse phase mode can hold and separate high -polar compounds that are difficult to hold. ･ Because it is an amide group (carbamil group), it is a type that is strongly held among the Hilic columns. ･ It is also excellent in durability when a solvent containing a lot of water is poured.

However, using Hilic columns such as INertSustain Amide can be fully retained. Also, as shown in the chromatograph below, it can be seen that the INertSustain Amide is generally held and is good at separation of polar compounds, even when compared to other Hilic columns. [Durability during continuous analysis] In the analysis of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), metalinic acid aqueous solutions are used as a sample solvent to prevent samples. When analyzing ascorbic acid in a silica -based amide -based column, the column may deteriorate early due to its strong acidic sample solvent. However, if the INERTSUSTAIN Amide, which has improved durability, was analyzed 1000 times, the same result was obtained as a new state. * There are other part numbers.
