About This Product
The checkman trained at the manufacturing site has finally undergone a full model change. Pursuing ease of use, it achieves simple operability and supports various load management. The power supply is compatible with AC100V to AC240V. Equipped with a D/A output board as standard. If BCD output, RS-232C, or RS-485 is installed, a D/A board is not installed.

Assign control terminals to any of the following 5 functions (user settings). Comparison output reset function, current value hold function: current value hold, maximum value hold function: maximum value hold, runout width hold function: maximum difference hold, hold reset function: hold reset, digital zero: digital zero, pattern switching function: pattern Switching 1/2/3, multi-hold trigger function: multi-hold, reset signal function, END signal function. There are usage restrictions for each mode.

Relay output contact rating: AC250V 2A DC30V 2A, mechanical life: 20 million times, life electrical life: 100,000 times or more, contact x 4 (AL1 and AL2, AL3 and AL4 are common, respectively), control method: microcomputer Calculation method, judgment value setting: -99999 to 99999, hysteresis: Can be set in the range of 0 to 99999 digits for each judgment value. Comparison conditions: Comparison conditions can be set for HI/GO/LO or AL1 to AL4 each.
■Level judgment mode
Alarm ON when it exceeds the judgment (alarm when exceeded), alarm ON when it falls below the judgment (alarm when below)
■Zone judgment mode
Alarm ON when within zone upper/lower limit judgment value (inside zone), alarm ON when other than zone upper/lower limit judgment value (outside zone)

・CM-5 mode This is a compatible mode with the previous Checkman. Easy to replace and switch.
・Multi-hold mode (multi-point management) Divide the measurement into four sections (sections 1 to 4), set arbitrary hold contents for each section, and perform a comparison judgment using the hold value and the comparison judgment value set for each section. mode.
・Waveform comparison mode This mode outputs OK/NG judgments and logs waveforms by comparing the measured waveform and judgment waveform. Comparison judgment is only for NG output. Saved waveform logs can be checked using "Confirm normal waveform" and "Confirm abnormal waveform".
