■Can be pressurized for a long time
By adopting our unique low-friction cylinder, we have prepared a pressurization test machine that can achieve smooth, stable, long-term pressurization, which was considered difficult with conventional hydraulic cylinders and servo cylinders. Generally speaking, if pressurized for a long time, the motor of a hydraulic cylinder will continue to rotate, causing the oil temperature to rise and damage seals, etc. The servo cylinder also places a continuous load on the servo motor.
■Possible to perform pressure tests in a wide range of loads
Our unique low-friction cylinder allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, from low to high load areas. Conventional cylinders were limited in that they could only be used within a specified air supply pressure range, but through trial and error, we developed the cylinder tube, seal configuration, and grease used to reduce frictional resistance. Enables pressurization over a wide range of loads.
■Environmentally friendly
Since it uses an air cylinder, it consumes almost no air while pressurizing the test piece, which keeps running costs low and reduces environmental impact. Also, since the air pressure is less than 1 MPa, it is not subject to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act and no notification is required.
■ Consideration for noise
There is almost no operating noise while the cylinder is pressurized, and only a slight exhaust noise is heard when the cylinder returns. We will take into consideration the usage environment of the customer. Does not include compressor operating noise.
■Easy maintenance
Because it does not use a hydraulic pump or hydraulic circuit, and has a simple circuit configuration unique to air pressurization testers, it eliminates the hassle of replacing hydraulic oil and disposing of waste oil.
■Pursuit of cost performance
Compared to hydraulic pressurization testing machines and servo pressurization testing machines, air pressurization testing machines can generally keep costs low. The air pressurization tester was created by revising and refining widely known general technology according to the application.
■High versatility
Applications are not limited to pressure testing machines, but can also be used in mass production lines. Since the products are made to order, we can respond flexibly to your needs.
■Effective on load reproducibility and followability
Although it is simple, its load reproducibility and followability are very high, and there is almost no load fluctuation during pressurization with the set load. There will be variations in the load as the specimen warps or contracts.
