About This Product

A lightweight, strong, and reasonably priced fine lath wire mesh. It also has excellent workability, so it can be transformed into various shapes. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including guards for home appliances, covers and baskets for bicycles, and filters and guards for automobile parts.

■Features・The manufacturing method is an enlargement cutting process, so the raw materials are many times larger. It is much more reasonable than processing punched metal, etc.
・When stretching the raw material, the board surface becomes slanted. Compared to punched materials, the aperture ratio is much higher.
・Because it has a shape similar to a honeycomb structure, it is lightweight and has excellent strength per unit weight.
- Wire mesh-like fine lath has excellent workability and can be easily press-folded, drawn, spot welded, etc.

■Easy troubleshooting and recoveryThe ram of the fine lath manufacturing machine causes the upper blade to reciprocate up and down according to the mesh size, and the cam action causes the upper blade to alternately push out 1/2 L W laterally to make staggered cuts. /2 S WPush out to form a mesh. The steel plate is continuously fed by a feeding device in conjunction with the vertical movement of the upper blade to obtain the specified product dimensions.

・Cold rolled stainless steel plate/SUS304, SUS430, etc.
・Aluminum plate/A1050P・A5052P etc.

In addition to the items listed below, secondary processing also includes alumite treatment and various surface treatments.

■Roll processingBy further rolling the stretched and cut metal lath, the surface becomes nearly flat, creating a completely different material similar to punched metal.

■CoatingCoatings such as PP finish the product in the color of your choice. Burrs during processing are covered, resulting in a smooth surface and increased product value. Unlike painting, it is economical because it does not require any surface preparation.

■PlatingDue to the unique luster and corrosion resistance of plating, it is widely used in indoor and outdoor products.

■PaintingIt is widely used in home appliances, fancy goods, car supplies, etc. that require more colors.
