About This Product
There are a wide variety of types, from fine mesh to large mesh. Materials can be freely selected depending on the purpose, from galvanized wire to stainless steel wire, brass wire, and copper wire. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including filters for home appliances and automobile supplies.
■Zinc-lined wire
It is made of galvanized iron wire, which prevents the iron from rusting for a certain period of time, and is also reasonably priced, so it can be widely used by the general public. 50 mesh
■Brass wire (brass wire
An alloy of copper and zinc, it is relatively durable, has excellent mechanical properties, and is easy to process. up to 150 mesh
■Stainless steel wire
Uses SUS304/SUS316. It is non-magnetic and prevents rust, which is a disadvantage of steel wire. 635 mesh
■Copper wire
It has the highest thermal and electrical conductivity next to silver, and has fairly good corrosion and acid resistance. up to 325 mesh
■Dimensions
・It refers to the number of stitches between vertical lines and horizontal lines of 25.4 mm (1 inch), and is expressed in a unit called mesh.
・The width dimensions are the dimensions to the outside of the ear line on both sides, and the standard dimensions are 910 mm and 1,000 mm. Length is measured from one end of a vertical line to the other, and the standard length is 30m. The tolerance is +2% -0.3%.
