About This Product

■Rework device SUMMIT shows its true value in reworking large-sized mounting boards and high value-added boards.

The SUMMIT series of high-performance rework equipment has sufficient heating capacity and the ability to minimize thermal stress on mounted components such as boards and BGAs due to the shift to lead-free. Its true value is especially demonstrated in the rework of large substrates and large BGA packages that are concerned about warping due to heat, high heat dissipation substrates that are difficult to heat, and high value-added assembly substrates.

■High-performance rework station with advanced temperature control, flexible process construction, high-precision mounting, and support for large multilayer boards.

The Summit 1800i rework station combines the latest rework technology with ergonomic operability, pursuit of work efficiency, and improved reproducibility of heating profiles. A dual heating system bottom heater that minimizes thermal stress and advanced temperature profile control support large board rework. SierraMate interface allows for optimal and flexible process construction for each workpiece. The solder removal function "Micro Scavenging" can be equipped as an option. The DHS (Dynamic Height Sensing) function maintains a constant height from the board surface, allowing residual solder to be removed uniformly and without contact.
