Features
■Equipped with a screwless type European style terminal block
・Since it is firmly fixed with spring pressure, it has excellent wiring reliability even in environments with severe vibrations, and is a one-touch type that allows you to easily connect and disconnect wires without using separate tools, making wiring work very fast.
・Special crimp terminals always in stock and supplied (WAGO products)
・Using a 5mm width terminal block, the product size is about 1/3 smaller than existing "Y" or "O" type terminal blocks. (Size of 40-pole terminal block: 107.0 (L) × 48.0 (W) )
・Easy to use as it has a structure that can be attached to the DIN rail and fixed to the middle plate.
・Electrically safe using Noryl (flame retardant grade UL94V-0) material
■Applications
・Equipment exported to Europe and Western regions
・Equipment and environment with severe vibration (machine tools, ships, special machines)
・Equipment necessary for miniaturization (semiconductors, LCD/PDP equipment, etc.)
■How to attach and detach electric wires
・For stranded wires, use a special crimp terminal; for single wires, use without crimp terminals.
・Insert into the terminal block without using a separate tool.
・When separating the wires, use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the wires while pressing the separation button.
