About This Product

■ Ideal for distributed characteristics of high concentration of coloid particles

Adopt two measurement principles, an electric sound method and an ultrasonic attenuation method ･ Compatible with high -concentration and high viscosity samples and can be measured with undiluted solution. ･ The particle size distribution can be measured by the electrical acoustic method + multiple frequency analysis and the ultrasonic attenuation method. -The zeta potential can be high -precision measurement by electrical sound method + multiple frequency analysis. [Patent acquisition] ･ The parameters can be changed later and re -analyzed. ･ There is an automatic titration system required for equivalent power measurement. (Optional) -The measurement results are automatically saved in Excel format, and data can be confirmed in real time. ･ The sample container can be easily disassembled and cleaned. -The sample container has a stirring function, and can also be measured by solutions that are easy to settlement and high viscosity solutions.

■ ACOUSTOSIZER IX

In the dispersion evaluation of the conventional high -concentration coloid particles, the dilution of the sample was essential. However, it takes time and can affect the diluted measurement results. AcoustOSIZER IX can measure the granular distribution and zeta potential as it is without diluting a sample with a maximum of 40Vol%concentration. An exchange voltage is applied to the solution, and the zeta potential is measured from the ESA signal of the sound wave generated by the vibration of the colloid particles. It is difficult to measure by using light because light cannot be transmitted with a high -concentration coroid solution, but it is difficult to measure with a method of using light. There is no need to worry about the electrolytic concentration and pH change due to dilution.
