About This Product

■Features

At Taiyo Kogyo, we have made it possible to coexist two types of copper thickness (thick copper part 300 um and thin copper part 70 um) in one layer by applying the high current board manufacturing technology that we have cultivated over the past years. With this board, it is now possible to coexist the "high current section" and "control circuit section", which were previously separate, on one board, reducing assembly man-hours and the number of parts. It has grown into a commonly used specification. It is also an ideal substrate for power devices such as GaN and SiC, which are becoming increasingly smaller. *Thick copper part is fixed at 300um, thin copper part can be controlled to some extent at 70um or more.
