CAONS, a circulating heating heat pump that can efficiently supply heat at an appropriate temperature, is capable of operating up to a maximum outlet water temperature of 90°C, and has a unit heating capacity of 70kW, and can accommodate up to 16 units. Group control has also been realized. In terms of operational efficiency, the system is an outdoor air heat source type that is easy to design and operate, and is also highly energy efficient.

Since it can operate up to an outlet temperature of 90℃, which is the maximum temperature for a circulating heating heat pump, it can be used for a wide range of applications such as cleaning, degreasing, heating, melting, and heat sterilization of raw materials. It is possible to extract high-temperature water of 90 degrees Celsius even when the outside temperature is -20 degrees Celsius, making it possible to use it in cold regions. In addition, up to 16 units with a heating capacity of 70kW can be controlled in groups to create a system of up to 1,120kW, making it possible to apply it to large-scale heating processing processes.

Using a high-efficiency rotary inverter compressor and dual refrigerant cycle, it is possible to achieve significant energy savings and energy cost reductions of approximately 60% compared to conventional systems.
■Air heat source type, simple system design and easy operation management
It is an air heat source type, integrated structure, outdoor installation unit, and does not require a heat source water supply like water heat source types, so the system design is simple and requires less piping construction. Compared to gas- or oil-fired boilers and heaters, there is no combustion part, so inspection and maintenance time and costs can be reduced, and equipment management is also safer.
■Supports transient type usage with temperature increase operation with a maximum difference of 85℃
If you use the optional pump kit, you can operate with a maximum temperature difference of 85°C by controlling the flow rate using the pump and three-way valve. As a result, it is possible to use a one-time system that supplies low-temperature water and takes out high-temperature water, so it can be used in the same way as a hot water boiler/heater system that combines circulating heating and one-time system with multiple units.
