The camera head has two types of lens variations: 70° or 35° wide angle, allowing you to view a wide range of areas such as behind-the-scenes of piping and equipment. The focus-free feature eliminates the need for focusing, allowing even inexperienced photographers to shoot efficiently.
■Camera head with environmental temperature resistance of 70℃ allows measurement in high temperature environments
The camera head is designed to withstand temperatures of 70°C, making it possible to perform measurements inside a constant temperature bath, which was difficult with conventional models. The camera head can be placed in a thermostatic chamber and easily operated from outside using a controller.
■Touch panel allows intuitive operation
Temperature scale settings, point movement, zoom display, visual composition adjustments, etc. can be performed using touch panel operations similar to a smartphone.
■Hardware keys that are easy to operate even when wearing gloves
Frequently performed operations such as setting the temperature scale and recording images can be performed using the hardware keys, allowing comfortable measurements even with gloves on.
■Plant maintenance and management
The world's first angle-free mechanism that allows inspection of the gaps and backside of factory equipment contributes to preventive diagnosis of serious plant accidents, which have been increasing in recent years. It is small and lightweight, and both hands are free when not shooting, ensuring worker safety. It also greatly contributes to the introduction of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), which allows you to understand the operating status of equipment without stopping it periodically and perform maintenance when necessary.
■Thermal design of electronic components for IoT
It greatly improves the efficiency of thermal evaluation of electronic components and electronic boards that support advanced technologies such as IoT. The small, removable camera head can withstand high temperatures of 70°C, so it can be operated from the outside with a controller while placed in a constant temperature bath. You can also create trend graphs and save them as CSV files without a PC. This eliminates the need to attach thermocouples during environmental temperature tests, which previously took about half a day, and to analyze using a PC.
